Texas Tech Transmountain Campus New Family Clinic

The project scope consists of converting an 11,500 SF empty shell space into a medical office within an existing Medical Office Complex at the Texas Tech Transmountain Campus. The space is to have 25 Exam Rooms with three POD areas connecting to each of the Exam Rooms. The POD Areas will have space for 2 Nurse Stations, 6 Medical Assistants Stations, and 6 Resident Doctor Stations. Each of the three PODS will be divided by a Preceptor Area and a Team Huddle Area that will provide space for collaborative opportunities. This project is meant to be a Family Clinic with the goal of streamlining the process to be able to attend an entire family within a fraction of the time of a normal medical office. Another main function is to provide Resident Doctors an opportunity to develop their skills by providing areas to help guide and teach them. The layout of the design is clean and efficient, which will help its patients to help them find their way around the office and into their Exam Room.
