Socorro ISD Pebble Hills HS
CIRE3 Architects master planned a new high school for Socorro Independent School District. This school is a 510,000 Sq. Ft. facility sited on a 70 acre site. The unique challenge to this project was its start as a 9th Grade Academy operating in conjunction with El Dorado High School, due to budget considerations. In addition, Socorro ISD requested certain spaces such as the Administration, Media Center, and Kitchen/Cafeteria be completely designed for the full High School to avoid disruptions in operations during future construction. The total square footage for the first three phases is approximately 221,000 Sq. Ft. We also built some of the athletic fields including the football field, track, baseball and softball fields.
