Northeast Regional Park
The scope of work for the Northeast Regional Park included a new master plan. The master plan consisted of total development of the 59 acre site located at McCombs Road and North Gateway Boulevard. This included four lighted softball fields, four lighted soccer fields, six unlit soccer fields, walking trails, playground, a children's garden maze, a skate park, concession and restroom buildings, internal circulation roads, parking and site landscape enhancements were all designed in this phase of the project. All improved areas of the park are irrigated with reclaimed water from the local water utility and native "wildscaping" was used to create inviting and pleasant landscapes that demand little water.
